How to Get Optimal Water

Our approach is simple:

  1. Measure what’s in your water using the TapScore Health Guidelines
  2. Install whole-home basic filtration
  3. Install reverse osmosis and remineralization for drinking water
  4. Measure again

Luckily, fixing your water is easy. The hardest part is remembering to change the filters every year.

  1. Look up your tap water
  2. Install a Kitchen Sink Filtration System

In addition to the minimum we recommend buying a whole home filter - if unsure, you can get the max

Why a whole home filter? Because you get polluted when you shower or bathe or brush your teeth. Nothing like delicious choloform gas for a healthy body! Bad water impacts skin health, hair, and general health.

Generally, it’s safe to just trust the systems recommended here, but nothing gives peace of mind like measuring the difference before and after. It feels good.

You can test your tap water yourself and see exactly how much benefit you are getting.

It’s worth knowing exactly what comes into your tap since it has to pass through potentially miles of pipe and multiple pump stations to reach your faucet.

We run our own RO system and have used advanced testing to see the difference at the tap.

We haven’t tested the whole home filtration system ourselves but after testing at the tap version we trust the performance of the filter.
