  • Compass: Measure where you are and where you’re going

  • Rhythms: behaviors that run on a schedule
  • Body: how the body works

Then you will see that the systems actually work. If you prefer to just take it on faith you can also jump straight into setting your habitat up for automatic health.

Then measure once you are ready to optimize.

I’m a skeptic, so personally, I prefer to have before and after measures. It also makes a great case study to contribute.
